We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, order numbers, or payment data to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may process technical usage data such as page views, device information, approximate location, and interactions. Analytics is used only after your consent.

Your choices

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner will appear. You can accept or decline analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser.

Language detection

When you visit AVNORE for the first time and have not yet chosen a language, we read your browser's language preference (the standard navigator.language setting) to show you the site in your preferred language. If your browser is set to English, you are routed to the English version of the site (/en/). Otherwise the site loads in German. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key avnore_lang so we do not need to detect again on future visits. You can switch language manually at any time using the EN/DE toggle in the top navigation — your choice always overrides automatic detection. We do not transmit your browser language to any server; the detection happens entirely in your browser.

Data Retention Periods

We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law:

• Order data (name, address, order details): 10 years — required by German commercial law (§ 257 HGB) and tax law (§ 147 AO).
• Payment records (transaction references): 10 years — required by § 147 AO.
• Contact / support emails: 3 years from the end of the calendar year in which the contact was made — applicable limitation period under § 195 BGB.
• Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, then deleted within 30 days.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): 14 months retention in Google Analytics, then automatically deleted.

Once the applicable retention period expires, your data is routinely deleted unless you have expressly consented to longer storage.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Avnore. The contract is concluded with Avnore, owner: Muhammad Anwar Ul Haq, Germany.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Prices

All prices stated are final prices. No VAT is charged in accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation).

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:

• Credit or debit card
• PayPal
• Other payment providers shown at checkout

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are stated on the respective product page or in the shipping policy.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout and for accepting or collecting the shipment within the carrier’s stated time limits. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, such as:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Non-collection from a parcel shop or pickup location
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

Actually incurred additional costs, in particular return shipping or reshipment costs, may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.

A failed delivery attempt does not automatically constitute withdrawal from the contract; withdrawal must be expressly declared.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

9. Trademark Notice

All vehicle names, model designations, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Avnore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any automobile manufacturer. References are made solely for descriptive and artistic purposes.

10. Resale and Commercial Distribution

You may use a lawfully purchased physical poster for private purposes and may resell that individual physical item where legally permitted. This does not grant any licence to the underlying artwork, designs, images, text, or brand materials.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce, copy, scan, photograph, or print the artwork for resale or distribution
• Sell copies, derivatives, digital files, or modified versions of the artwork
• Use the artwork, product images, or AVNORE brand materials for commercial advertising, merchandising, or promotional purposes
• Present yourself as an authorised AVNORE reseller, distributor, or partner

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the artwork may infringe intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

All orders are printed and fulfilled by our partner Gelato Ltd., Drammensveien 167, 0277 Oslo, Norway.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within Germany, with plans to scale into the entire EU.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. All prices shown in the shop are final prices. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Germany: 5–7 business days. Delivery time begins after receipt of payment. If multiple items with different delivery times are ordered, the longest delivery time applies. Shipping is carried out Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delays

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural force, logistics delays), customers will be informed promptly.

Risk Transfer

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. Returns must be sent directly to our address: Coppistraße 16, 10365 Berlin, Germany — not to our fulfilment partner. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Please return the goods in the original packaging where possible so they are protected during transport. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and function.

Important: Please do not send returns to the shipping partner's address — returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be processed and may be lost.

Custom-made Products

The current AVNORE catalog posters are standard products and are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. If AVNORE separately offers personalised or custom-made products in the future, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for those products where they are made according to customer specifications or clearly personalised.
