Product

Our posters are printed on premium 200 GSM photo paper — thick, durable, and designed for long-term display without bending or fading under normal indoor conditions. We use professional-grade inkjet printing for rich, accurate colour reproduction.

All AVNORE posters are 50 × 70 cm. This is a standard European poster format that fits widely available frames from IKEA and other retailers if you prefer to frame yourself.

Yes. Each poster is available with a black aluminium frame with shatter-resistant acrylic glass. The framed option arrives ready to hang — no assembly required beyond attaching the hanging hardware to your wall.

Yes. Every poster is printed specifically for your order — we do not hold pre-printed stock. This means production takes 1–2 business days before shipping. The advantage is that every print is fresh, and we can guarantee consistent quality on every order.

Not at the moment. We currently offer a standard 50 × 70 cm format only. Custom sizes and personalised designs are planned for the future. Contact us if you have a specific request — we are happy to discuss it.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely via Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

The price you see is the final price you pay. AVNORE operates under the German Small Business Regulation (§ 19 UStG), which means we do not charge VAT and it is not shown separately. No hidden costs, no surprises at checkout.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. Our fulfilment partner Gelato will also send you a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

If you need to cancel before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at support@avnore.com. If production or fulfilment has not progressed too far, we will do our best to stop the order. This does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery for current AVNORE catalog posters.

A payment receipt is automatically generated by Stripe and can be accessed via the link in your order confirmation email. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT, so our receipts do not include a VAT amount. If you need a formal invoice for business purposes, please contact us directly.

Shipping

We currently ship within Germany only. Expansion to other EU countries is planned — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we go live in your country.

Production takes 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Delivery within Germany then takes a further 5–7 business days. In total, you should expect to receive your order within 6–9 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — there are no additional charges after that.

Please contact us at support@avnore.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item and its packaging. We will organise a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible. If the damage was clearly caused during transit, please also note this with the delivery person if possible.

First, check your tracking link — the parcel may be held at a local collection point. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to you, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, non-collection, or refusal of delivery, actually incurred additional costs, in particular return shipping or reshipment costs, may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted. A failed delivery attempt does not automatically constitute withdrawal from the contract. If the parcel is genuinely lost in transit through no fault of your own, please contact us and we will investigate.

Returns & Withdrawals

Yes. Current AVNORE catalog posters can be returned under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts on the day you receive the goods. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

For a withdrawal return, you bear the direct cost of return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, contact us before sending it back. We will tell you the next steps and, where applicable, arrange the appropriate remedy.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments as described in our Withdrawal Policy, using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Not in the current catalog. Current AVNORE catalog posters are standard products and can be returned under the statutory withdrawal rules. Products specifically personalized or custom-made for a customer can be legally different, but AVNORE does not currently sell that type of product.

Please contact us at support@avnore.com before sending a return — we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to any other address, as parcels sent to incorrect addresses cannot be processed and may be lost.

How Ordering Works

When you click "Checkout", you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract between us is concluded when you receive your order confirmation email. The products shown in our shop are not legally binding offers — they are an invitation for you to make an offer. We reserve the right to decline an order if a product becomes unavailable, but we will inform you and refund you immediately.

For current AVNORE catalog posters, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Warranty & Defects

Your statutory warranty rights apply in full. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, contact us at support@avnore.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund the item. The legal warranty period under German law is two years from delivery for consumers. If a product arrives damaged due to transit, please note this with the delivery service at the time of receipt if possible.

Our Liability

We are fully liable for intentional misconduct and gross negligence, and for any harm to life, body, or health. For minor negligence, our liability is limited to damages that were foreseeable at the time the contract was made. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under German law.

Your Personal Data

We collect only the data we need: your name, address, email, and payment information — all required to process and deliver your order. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that need it (Stripe for payment, Gelato for fulfilment, Brevo if you subscribe to our newsletter). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us at support@avnore.com.

Disputes & Contact

If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@avnore.com. We are not willing and not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we aim to resolve every complaint directly, fairly, and quickly.
