Our posters are printed on premium 200 GSM matte paper with a smooth, uncoated finish. The material is durable and designed for long-term display under normal indoor conditions, with professional print quality for rich, accurate colour reproduction.
All AVNORE posters are 50 × 70 cm. This is a standard European poster format that fits widely available frames from IKEA and other retailers if you prefer to frame yourself.
Yes. Each poster is available with a black aluminium frame with shatter-resistant acrylic glass. The framed option arrives ready to hang — no assembly required beyond attaching the hanging hardware to your wall.
Yes. Every poster is printed specifically for your order — we do not hold pre-printed stock. Production is already included in our estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days after payment confirmation. The advantage is that every print is fresh, and we can guarantee consistent quality on every order.
Not at the moment. We currently offer a standard 50 × 70 cm format only. Custom sizes and personalised designs are planned for the future. Contact us if you have a specific request — we are happy to discuss it.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and the selected payment providers. AVNORE does not store full card numbers on its own servers; payment providers process payment data for payment, fraud prevention, refunds, and legal recordkeeping.
The price you see is the final price you pay. AVNORE operates under the German Small Business Regulation (§ 19 UStG), which means we do not charge VAT and it is not shown separately. No hidden costs, no surprises at checkout.
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. Once your order is dispatched, AVNORE will send you a separate shipping email with tracking information. DHL may also send carrier updates directly by email.
If you need to cancel before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If production or fulfilment has not progressed too far, we will do our best to stop the order. This does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery for current AVNORE catalog posters.
Stripe sends the payment receipt or invoice separately after payment. As a small business under § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT, so no VAT amount is shown.
We currently ship within Germany only. Expansion to other EU countries is planned — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we go live in your country.
Estimated delivery within Germany is 3–6 business days after payment confirmation. Production of your made-to-order poster is already included in this estimate. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — there are no additional charges after that.
Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
First, check your tracking link — the parcel may be held at a local collection point. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to you, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, non-collection, or refusal of delivery, actually incurred additional costs, in particular return shipping or reshipment costs, may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted. A failed delivery attempt does not automatically constitute withdrawal from the contract. If the parcel is genuinely lost in transit through no fault of your own, please contact us and we will investigate.
Yes. Current AVNORE catalog posters can be returned under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts on the day you receive the goods. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
For a withdrawal return, you bear the direct cost of return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, contact us before sending it back. We will tell you the next steps and, where applicable, arrange the appropriate remedy.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments as described in our Withdrawal Policy, using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Not in the current catalog. Current AVNORE catalog posters are standard products and can be returned under the statutory withdrawal rules. Products specifically personalized or custom-made for a customer can be legally different, but AVNORE does not currently sell that type of product.
Returns must be sent to AVNORE, Coppistraße 16, 10365 Berlin, Germany. Please do not send returns to Gelato, the shipping partner, or the sender address printed on the parcel, as those returns cannot be processed by AVNORE and may be destroyed or lost. Any additional costs, delays, loss, or failed processing caused by sending a return to an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility, where legally permitted.
